This is just a quick reminder of the following changes to the ABOC Platinum Rewards Mastercard®:

ABOC Cardholders don’t need to register each quarter for the 5x Points revolving rewards program.  They register once at ABOCrewards.com, then their registration automatically renews for subsequent quarters and rewards offerings. 

Additionally, ABOC has removed foreign transaction fees. This now allows you to list this card in “No Foreign Fees” categories. 
See Below for 2 new Bullet Point options regarding the foreign transaction fee:

Approved Bullet Points:

• 0% Intro APR on Purchases and Balance Transfers for 12 months; after that, the variable APR will be 15.15% – 25.15%, based on your creditworthiness
• Earn $150 Statement Credit after you spend $1,200 on purchases within the first 90 days from account opening
• Earn 5x rewards on up to $1,500 in combined purchases each quarter in popular categories such as dining, groceries, travel, and automotive
• No upper limit on the points you can accumulate, and since points never expire, you can save up for a big award!

You’ll also find a completely new subject line pool, optimized to provide better delivery. Please replace your subject line list with the new one. If you have previously approved custom subject lines, you may continue to use them.

This suspension does not affect the suite of Green Dot Secured Products, including the suite of primor secured cards, and the new Green Dot Platinum Visa® Secured Card. Please continue to market those regularly.

Our partners at Amalgamated Bank of Chicago (ABOC) are committed to improving the Platinum Rewards and Union Rewards Mastercards they promote through iCommissions.com. We are pleased to announce that beginning July 1, 2019, ABOC is removing the Foreign Transaction Fee! If you list the foreign transaction fee, it should now be displayed as ‘None‘. Additionally, if you have a category on your site for cards with no foreign transaction fee, please add the ABOC Platinum Rewards Card to it today.

As a reminder, Q3 (July – September) features Travel as the 5X rewards category for the ABOC Cards. Consumers earn 5x points on qualifying airline, cruise, car rental, hotel, and travel agency purchases.

ABOC is asking publishers to consider writing articles and content to feature the third quarter travel bonus and new ‘No Foreign Transaction Fee’ status. We have compiled the info-graphic linked below to give publishers more information on the travel perks available when using the ABOC Platinum Card.
